Open Positions
We’re currently hiring for the following roles in Greenwood and the surrounding south Indianapolis area:
Landscape Crew Member
- Lawn care, mulching, planting, edging, and seasonal cleanup
- Equipment use and basic installation support
- Full-time, outdoor work — must be reliable and motivated
Hardscape Crew Member
- Patios, retaining walls, walkways, and fire pit installation
- Experience with tools, pavers, or stone preferred
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather
Team Lead/Foreman (Landscape or Hardscape)
- Supervise crew and ensure quality standards.
- Communicate with clients and manage job flow.
- Prior leadership experience required
